You can make a positive ID of the motors that the M5 fit kit supports by looking for the following:
Emissions sticker (under motor's cover) showing 0.209 Liter displacement
MERCURY ONLY - Serial number of 1R281445 and higher. Sticker is found on motor's bracket that clamps to boat.
